Nice exterior. Wouldn’t give it another thought without knowing what we were getting inside. I’m guessing it’s just a shell.
Click on the builder’s link. Additional photos show interior is shell without loft flooring, no electrical and no plumbing roughed in. Buyer can choose to have builder complete their design for interior. If you are a handyman, you could finish this home with interior specs to meet your needs. This allows buyer to choose between ladder or stair access to loft and choose location of bath and kitchen. I have read the shell alone is a hard expense and difficult for many home dreamers. It is worth considering for many folks.
