Treehouse Lounge THOW in Austin, Texas

This is the Treehouse Lounge THOW in Austin, Texas that’s for sale sold!

We are currently living in it now in one of the best RV parks outside Austin in the hill country by Lake Travis.

Buyer can leave it on the lot here in the RV park or move to another destination. This is our second tiny house. I built this house and the first house. We figured out we like to build them on our spare time and live in them to work the kinks out and do some creative decorating. Then pass it on to someone that wants to start this cool lifestyle.

It hauls very well and smooth.

Great Tiny House….! And I love the sellers idea of building and then living in the house to look for it faults before selling it to a potential buyer… I have only one issue and that being price… I believe it could use a bit of tweaking as well…!

Great job! Love the style and thoughtfulness of detail. I’m wondering about a place for hanging clothes and shoes, though.

The white storage behind the spiral staircase is a closet to hang clothes

great storage. love the idea of the second loft as the media space. I think I would lose the sofa and make that a storage bench with stairs (hollow for hanging space) for the lofts rather than the spiral ladder and wooden ladder. great use of the space.

Isn’t it 2″ too tall to be 50 state legal? Maybe some shorter tires could get it legal.

You got it. I just get a $25 pulling permit to be legal.
