Nice. Love the wood cook stove and Hoosier cabinet.

Very, very nice treehouse cabin. Not too high either. Love the cooking wood stove, but I am wondering, if the cabinet next to it is metal or wood? If it was me, I would have put the cabinet further away from the stove, as it gives off a lot of heat. Other than that, everything looks great. Well done!

The cabinet looks to be metal – very much like the metal one my grandmother had.

Rosee, the Country Charm stove is electric and was manufactured by House of Webster in Rogers, Arkansas. The company used an antique woodstove to create the mold for their reproduction stoves which used GE electric/stove fittings. I think production finally stopped about 20 years ago. It’s safe to use, just as any “modern” stove.

Pat: Thanks for the info, it was good to know. Had me worried there a bit. Still nice to see it, hoping whoever lives in it will enjoy for a long time to come.

Don’t think Pixie Dust gonna beable to cover the price of this.. :(

Wow, here in Western Oregon 90K would not even buy you an acre, typically around 100K for just the land. 23 acres and a house is a steal.
All depends on location as to wether the price is right. Here I wold jump on it.

What is the cost without existing furnishings? Ok with the stove… but, just not my taste on the other furnishings. Seems like a fair cost, would need more info on existing water, electricity and road status. Thanks in advance.

I’m sure the realtors could give you a good idea on that! Great thoughts. — Tiny House Talk Team
