Too expensive!
I know, it is pretty darn pricey. It looks really well done though.
Alex, I suggest you take another look. At first glance and for 49,000, I would expect the doors on the cabinets to be fitted better, the bathroom doorway looks to be about 18 inches and it appears that the front door is also very narrow. If I’m going to spend any monies on a TH, I don’t want to have to turn sideways to get in it. Just out of curiosity, I measured my shoulders from tip to tip and it’s 20 inches so the doorways need to be larger than that for me.
I agree about the doors of the cabinet not fitting well… but, I’ve seen $400k houses where doors were more ill fitting than these. Not sure quite how you figure that the bathroom doorway is “about” 18″, in the photos that I am seeing there is no obvious picture of the doorway itself.
But, what is wrong with entering a shower sideways? I do that in my shower over a bath in a regular house. After all, living in a tiny home/house is all about compromise. Some things you just can’t have, for obvious reasons such as too large.
For 49k it would have to be 24 feet long,
include washer/dryer
more windows
dormers in the loft
porch space on both sides.
Interesting design choices…why does the kitchen bump out into the hallway? Why not just extend the closet and shelf space out to meet the kitchen? The loft light being offcenter throws me a bit…also, no ventilation? Any whisperfans?
I’ve been following Tiny House blogs for 2+ years now and researching builders who specialize in tiny homes, and this seems very pricey for the size, finishes and features.

Really nicely done house! I like the kitchen arrangement especially. Yeah, I would come down on the price, too, just because Tumbleweed already overcharges because of their tremendous overhead. This house would be wll worth maybe $37,000.
