First picture with it fenced in reminds me a bit of a chicken coop. You might want to have different angles shown of the outside of the house. Inside it looks nice and not as tiny as I imagined it would look.
Well I would like to see more pictures to get a feel of the space. These pictures don’t show the front,or living space.
I’m very impressed with what they did with the space. The outside is charming, but does look a bit like a really cute outhouse in the picture.
Seriously? Using the word “live” in reference to this building might attract a person whose home in California had burned to the ground or a person whose home had been flooded and was no longer habitable but would not be a dwelling to live in for any length of time. A tent in a state park with a fire ring and a lavatory close by instead for such less money where you might not “live” either but you’d definitely avoid claustrophobia.
It may not look good to some. But this would be ok . I think it should list if tires are there and if insulated for colder weather. A view from door to see all inside would be nice. A little cleaner with a sponge brush on the bottom of bathroom should remove the water stains.
I would want to redo the kitchen but it’s not a bad house for the price
