THOW available for single or couple on month to month or short term lease in the central Arizona highlands. I find that many people are interested in experiencing the tiny house before deciding whether or not to buy.

Elevation is @4,500 ft. Rolling hills, beautiful vistas, gorgeous sunsets and night skies. THOW is on 2 1/2 acres across from state trust land with hiking and horseback riding trails. Property has large barn and corral if renter wants to bring a horse for extra $100/mo. Renter would assume all responsibility for horse and clean up. 2 kayaks available for renter’s use in local lakes.

Location is near Prescott, Sedona, Grand Canyon. Mild 4-season climate. Tiny house is beautifully appointed with full-size shower, modern Nature’s Head composting toilet, granite countertops in bath and kitchen, stairs to loft with storage under, apartment size refrig/freezer, 4 burner stove, oven and broiler, split unit heater and a/c, loft with queen-size bed. Covered porch deck. Gardening space available for renter’s use. Country living yet near town for services. My THOW is located on my property where I host retreat events such as watercolor painting parties, etc. in the large Hygge Hall (pronounced “hoo-guh hall”). It’s a beautiful property and a happy and uplifting place to experience tiny house
life.

Sorry, no cats and absolutely no smoking on property. Dog is negotiable if spayed/neutered, up to date on rabies vaccine and not aggressive.
