Lifestyle Series 7200GB by Designer Eco Tiny Homes

This post may contain affiliate links & sponsored content.

This is the Lifestyle Series 7200GB, which is Australian builder’s, Designer Eco Tiny Homes, most popular model. It’s easy to see why: Not only does it have the coveted first-floor bedroom, it also features two lofts which can be used as child bedrooms, playrooms, storage or office space.

There’s a compact kitchen with oven, stove top, and decent-sized fridge (under the stairs), as well as a full bathroom with flushing toilet and washer/dryer hookups. The L-shaped couch doubles as the kitchen eating space and has storage underneath.

You can get more information on the product page here, and contact Designer Eco Tiny Homes here. Prices start at $89,750 AUD.

First Floor Bedroom in Lifestyle Series 7200GB in Australia

The interior of this home is so light and airy.

Storage stairs take you to one of the two king-sized lofts.

There’s lovely open shelving in the kitchen.

Here’s the storage bench/couch (could be comfied-up with some cushions!)

All the drawers/cabinets are soft-close.

A ladder goes to the second loft (with skylight!) and the doorway goes to the downstairs bedroom.

This loft has been outfitted with two twin beds.

I appreciate the locks on the windows! Good security.

The second loft in this one is being used as a playroom.

The downstairs bedroom is snug, but the windows make it feel spacious.

There’s a closet/wardrobe for hanging clothing.

You know with a pendulum window seat that dining area would be perfect. I would have to make the kitchen windows 12″ tall Awning so the wife could reach the shelves and an induction cooktop. A convection/Micro/fan unit above and a dishwasher were the oven is and it could be a seniors retreat. TONS of possibilities with this unit. An extremely clean look that with the addition of shiplap siding would make a great coastal getaway. I am very impressed with the company’s attention to detail and the integration of needs with looks.

What is a pendulum window seat?

A window seat that pivots from the top on a rod or swivel points like a pendulum. A Slide-out is just a larger system that does the same thing and I am working on a system for my book series at my http://www.tugboawilly.com site as it was featured here a few weeks back by Alex. Cute little tiny in B.C. with twin Pendulum slides and no bathroom.
