Built on a 24′ trailer frame, it has a roomy feeling. The Queen-sized bed serves as a couch in the daytime and pulls out from under the kitchen floor for sleeping. The elevated kitchen is fully equipped with oven, range and mid-size refrigerator. There is an on-demand hot water heater and a large 4′ shower stall.1

This is so cute and affordable! One thing I’ve learned from living in a tiny cottage for the past 18 months is, I want a bed that is a REAL bed… no more of those sofa bed things. But a bed that it’s sole function is for sleeping and you don’t need to convert it to seating everyday. It’s even making loft beds look good! For me, this convertible thing is ok for a short stay… but just not ideal for tiny house living.
I like every thing about this home.. Nothing at all I’d change except the possibility od having the bed automatically y roll out from underwear by a flip of a electrical switch.. Instead of manually pulling it out..
Nice but only show just how much it needs a roof over to cover it from the sun.
Not sure why you never see roof overs here but they are all over Florida.
jerry, it has a awning… They just didn’t have it up when they took these photos but it’s mentioned in the description on their site and you can still see the four support poles for the awning on the patio/deck…
This is the first floor plan that I really like. I would love to get these plans for this tiny house.. My home will be 20 ft long but I can work with the extra. Please help me to get these plan. My trailer will be ready any day now.
I would also want to get the plans for this tiny house. I am looking to retire soon and travel the U.S. and this is almost identical to the sketches I have drawn myself. Please consider and reply either way, thank you.
