    I can’t think of a better way to do THs as a business than taking one of the 1,000s of Florida Mobile home ragged out parks and doing this with them and renting out.
    And other than their new tall line with useless loft beds, Escape has about the best THs.
    I’d build a RE microgrid to power them for more income.

    Great business idea, but – as many others – it lacks shaded and dry outdoor spaces as covered car ports especially in FL.

    For the Thoreau unit, this is no indoor bathroom?

      It’s an accessory unit, serves as extra space for uses like office space, guest bed, etc. You’d use the facilities of the, larger, main home unit that it comes with…
