Lovely house inside and out. Beautiful wood stain and classic lines. Price is pretty reasonable, especially given some we’ve seen for the same thing. Will make somone a very nice home.
Great price for a well done, nice looking home.
Very Nicely done. First one I’ve commented on. Just what I am looking for, but need a 24 ft.
I’m with you,I would need it to be 24 ft. Plus I would switch where the sink is and put burner there and put sink where the burners are.
Very nice… A clean well thought out design, with a price tag to match…!
I didn’t think I’d like this, but I really do! I especially like the tiny living area. Instead of the tiny window seat, I’d probably make that a storage cabinet and fit in a small sleeper sofa on the wall. No room for a washer/dryer, but it’s not hard to go to a laundromat.
Now this is very nice! The balance between while and wood gives it a nice touch. I really like that. Good job!
I meant white, not while. Sorry!
I think this is an awesome build all around and a good price as well. Did you design the floor plan or are the plans available to purchase? I would need it longer so I could put stairs in without using up the entire living room.
I also wanted to add that my favorite part is the white curved pieces you added on the kitchen ceiling and by the window seat. And if its still for sale perhaps you could send me the dimensions of the living room space, maybe I could figure out a set of stairs….that’s all that is lacking.
Txs for a beautiful build.

Rich,
A few more questions…I see that this is a standard toilet is it possible to trade out for a composting toliet ? As far as the heating & cooling what did you put in? Refridgerator propane ? So mostly if you could email me the mechanicals and storage tank etc for the water. My hope is that it has an on-demand water heater but ??? And those are joists to support the loft…not just decorative !!
I love the build
Great house for a great price! Two thumbs up!
Hi, so it’s 2019 now. I would love to purchase a Tiny House already setup on land in Connecticut if possible, does any one know of a place I can get one?
