This is the Woodland Tiny House by Tiny House Building Company.
It’s a 200 sq. ft. home with a loft bedroom, tiny built-in deck and a great living room and kitchen. While we’ve seen a lot of longer models lately, this one keeps things short and sweet, and it’s fun to see what all you can pack in! It’s for sale for $38,500.

Just love this little tiny house! I love all the woodwork throughout! It is nicely done! This house would be perfect for a young couple starting out who doesn’t have a lot of things and who can climb a ladder! Thank You for sharing! Enjoyed touring it! ???
Yes I could see a young couple really enjoying this!
Price of tiny house . Depending on size of the house .
It looks really great! The price seems really high. If there was one for 25,000 or even 15,000 that would be a lot better.
This TH is really sweet. I especially like all the light-colored wood. I also like the location of the windows.
That being said, I have a couple of issues. I may be alone in my thinking, but I have a problem with my kitchen situated right next to the bathroom. It may be less expensive to build them like that, but when I’m ready to buy/build, they’ll be at opposite ends of the house from each other! I’m also curious as to why a pocket door wasn’t used for the bathroom. They take up less room; that’s an important consideration for me.
On a scale of 1 to 10, I’d give this charming home an 8. Good job!
I love pocket doors in tiny homes! A great choice. I saw a similar layout in this home that had the door to the bathroom leading into the living room instead of the kitchen: https://tinyhousetalk.com/snug-sweet-16000-thow-sale/
