High Camp Trailers builds classic teardrop camping trailers one at a time in Portland, Oregon. Each one has a clear anodized aluminum skin that never needs paint, a queen-size cabin for sleeping, and a full outdoor kitchen under the rear hatch with a three-burner stove that slides out on its own tray. It also comes standard with a lithium battery and a solar-ready electrical system, so it’s ready for camping off the grid.

A Classic Teardrop Shape in Bare Aluminum
The teardrop silhouette has been around since the 1930s, and High Camp’s take keeps it simple and tough. The skin is clear anodized aluminum, so there’s no paint to chip or fade, and it sits on a gray hammertone powder-coated frame with Rhino-lined fenders to shrug off rocks and gravel.

Up front, a steel cargo deck on the tongue carries gear, along with two 10-pound aluminum propane tanks for the stove. A roof rack adds more room for bikes, boats, or boxes.

Each cabin door has a porch light above it for finding your way back at night, and satin anodized aluminum shades slide over the windows for privacy.

A Full Kitchen Under the Hatch
Like most teardrops, the kitchen lives outside under the curved rear hatch. Lift it up and you get a warm wood galley with room for a fridge, dishes, and supplies, plus 12-volt outlets and a GFCI 110-volt outlet for small appliances.

The cooking setup is the standout feature. A residential-style stainless steel three-burner cooktop with cast iron grates slides out on its own tray, then tucks back under a stainless lid when you’re done. It’s a real stove, not a single camping burner, so you can cook a full breakfast for the whole campsite.

Under the galley counter, deep storage compartments hold pots, pans, and pantry staples.

A Queen-Size Cabin
Inside, the cabin is all about sleep. A queen-size quilt-top mattress fills the floor, and the walls and curved ceiling are finished in warm wood. Doors on both sides make it easy to climb in without crawling over your partner.

Overhead cabinets keep clothes and gear off the bed, and a remote-controlled 12-speed Maxxair roof vent pulls fresh air through the cabin on warm nights. Reading lights and 12-volt outlets let you charge your phone and read before bed.
