….And I approve
I like this one but there is very little information. No floorplan, price, etc.
This was on Tiny House Nation S05E17 – 425 Sq Ft Tiny Tech House…
If you can watch that episode, they briefly show the floor plan in the beginning when Zack is reviewing it…
The owners run IN HOME GENIUS, the company that provided all the home automation for this house…
They hired Canyon Creek Homes to do the build, they’re a custom house builder in Texas that does fairly high end homes… And they hired both a designer/architect and art director… Stated budget in the episode was $95,000 but it’ll probably cost someone else more because the owners did their own smart home automation but that usually can cost a lot to hire out…
Is that an electric range? What kind of power hook up do they have?
