BUT…plans are still available for most, if not all, of the larger homes in Shafer’s “Small House Book” on houseplans.com. For this specific version of the Loring, see plan 915-9: https://www.houseplans.com/plan/261-square-feet-1-bedroom-1-bathroom-0-garage-bungalow-39324.
