The Bodega is an original Jay Shafer design from Tumbleweed Tiny House Company. This cottage plan includes a full bedroom, fireplace, bathroom, and kitchen in a compact footprint. The modular design allows building as a 261 sq ft studio or expanding to 356 sq ft with an added rear bedroom.

    Nice house. Despite the argument that may ensue from certain quarters, It shouldn’t take more than 160 hours to build and have move in ready. But that’s just the circles that I’d been working with, another build was scheduled and there was no time to dilly-dally. I miss those days.

    I don't see how he sells anything as you show the houses but not the plans so we can make a decision. Also it is impossible to get on his site.

    I think that their website was featured on the front page of Yahoo yesterday so it may have brought their servers down due to an overload of traffic. I hope it will be back to normal soon…
