not liking the latter to the little girls room.dont want to see her tumbling down to the ground.
I don’t have a problem with the ladder to the girls loft.
But then I don’t wrap kids in cotton wool like the world wants to do these days. One of the wonderful things (not) that has come out of the ludicrous litigous USofA.
Hmmm, falling down stairs and “wrapping in wool”are quite a bit different….
You are right Eric, kids have to learn how to deal with the environment they are in to make them more aware and independent. Great tiny house by the way.
Yeah, and apparently us adults have to learn (or earn) to pay about $200 per night to awake, or should I say be WOKE, in this tinier-than-thou wonder. Right on, earth nurturer! When you get in touch with nature, tell it to phone the bank; it’s overdraft needs paying…
Seriously?
…and yes, I grew up and worked in the Bay Area and know what things cost there. This is still just woke greed. That said, I know and appreciate that Alex is doing a great job by bringing all of what’s going on in the Tiny House movement— the good and bad— to our attention. And the picture of (was it?) Angkor Wat with the child was lovely and groovy. I hope the next esop’ed-up Bay Area internet minion who stays at this beautiful place will find themselves…before their bank manager does.
I find that since this post is of a tiny house near Boulder Creek, California, I would like to know if this is near the redwoods or near Mt. Shasta. I immediately thought of Boulder, Colorado and was so dissappointed to find out that this tiny house was in California.
great little vacation house, wonderful view and at $200 a night not bad. Hotels which look over parking lots can run you over $300 a night. Its what you’re willing to pay for the experience.
As to the child on the stairs, this is most likely a photo shoot and the kid is there for it to look cutier. You’d be surprised how many toddlers don’t fall down stairs, they don’t walk up or down them, they crawl or come down on their tiny little butts.
