  1. And now you still the IKEA influence..
(Sigh) just so clean and bright.. And the out side view.. Yummy
    Thanks for this one Alex!!

  2. It’s an idyllic setting – at least in summer! Love the clean, fresh Swedish approach to design. I especially like the curtains/table cover in the bunkroom. They keep the wood paneled space from looking dull and lifeless.

  3. Whole lotta IKEA goin’ on in this gorgeous house! But thats not a bad thing. Love it all==not sure I “get” how the stairs go tho–are they behind the couch? Do they turn? the plans make it look like they turn=-=the pics look like they end and drop down like a ladder! Couldn’t do those with out a STURDY handrail; not a fan of any completely open stairs. Love that couch in the upstairs pics. And those BLUE TILES!!!!!!

    1. It looks to me as though there IS a sturdy handrail along the wall up the stairs. You can clearly see it in one of the photos.

  4. *Google translates Tvattstuga* 😀
Very nice cottage. Beautiful setting too. Gives me great ideas for my small beach rentals.

  5. That’s a bit of heaven
What I saw viewing this gem by the sea, was lots of R & R.
    Nicely done folks….lucky You

  6. Absolutely beautiful! Thanks for the seasonal pictures. I love the simplicity of it all! This is the perfect home to relax and read!

  7. Wow, do I ever like this house—both main floor and upstairs. The kitchen has everything I need in it and the placement of the fireplace is perfect. The house is light and airy looking. Plus, the outdoor space is perfect for entertaining. It has it all. Perfect!!!
