Different for sure. Odd place for the toilet. Some have to do what they have to do. At least the toilet is in the bus. Could be decked out though. Is put together pretty nicely though. A home is a home. That is all that counts. $150.00 a month you cannot squawk at that.
I wonder what it would cost to make it a real home. With solar and plumbing and such.
