What can I say the Mill House Cottage is adorable!! Who ever owns this is one lucky person, you have a gold mine!! I just love the whole house with all it’s details. For example the kitchen has a charming old fashioned appearance with modern day appliances so you have the best of both worlds. I just love the claw foot tub great place to take a long soothing bubble bath. Your guests are not going to want to leave that might be a good thing!! Enjoy your success!! Carol Perry

Oh I wish there were a floorplan for this. This looks exactly like my type of dream home! Would like to know size of this place as well.
Considering asking the owner / business but not sure if they would mind. I guess it’s worth asking, what’s the worst that could happen!

Hi Maria, I contacted the owner and there are no floorplans. They bought the place and it was restored. They don’t know the square footage either.

This is a tiny house, have they not heard of small front loading washer/dryers? The units in this house are gargantuan and waste a huge amount of space that could be dedicated to storage or living. But it is a gorgeous little cottage.
This is just what I have been visualizing as the perfect plan with a porch, first floor bedrooms, windows, washer and dryer and a beautiful kitchen. What is the square footage and the building cost?
