This is exactly what I want.
This yellow cottage is adorable—just needs another bedroom.
There is something so friendly and welcoming about a bright yellow house, especially when it has white trim.
I see a washer/dryer in the tub/shower area. Is there a tub or shower in the house?
You think they could rent it without one? I don’t see a toilet, either, but I doubt if a renter would have to run down the street to a convenience store to take care of business. I would hate to put a house on here, people pick them to death over nothing.

Thank for confirming that they have a bathtub or a shower. Do you know which one they have in this house? A tub? Or a shower?
I wish I had the house plans on this one. It’s Perfect! Alex can you ask them if they have the house plans?
I asked them today if they had floor plans and what the sq ft of cottage is. I hope to here tomorrow.
