Nice floor plan, good use of open space. However, I must be missing the point about THs entirely…please tell me the land and view were $220,000.00 and the structure was $9,000.00? A very well appointed full sized home or condo in our area comes in at under $160,000. A $10,000 -$15,000 TH makes sense, but 229K?
I am neither elitist, nor TH purist…just someone who believes trading your life for monthly payments on even this beautiful site and structure is out of touch. Comments?
$300k sure is a lot of money. I know nothing about the area, though. Maybe others can chime in? That being said, the cabin has to be worth much more than $9k though but still I see your point 🙂
