I once got to rent and live in a tiny cabin in Florida with a loft kind of like this, and it was definitely my favorite place.

Hi Alex This cabin is plain old lovely. The stand-up loft does make a huge difference. Would like to see the half -bath.
Is the local groundwater on the property not good, or too hard to find? A well with hand-pump might make the difference for some potential renters. Plus the pumps are iconic. Tks for posting this Christmas postcard of a house! 🌲🍁🌾🌳
