When you walk inside, you can immediately see the extra space. I think lots of people are really going to fall in love with this design because it’s elegant, functional, affordable, and it comes from a reputable builder. This is their most user-friendly model yet, imo. I’d switch places of the couch and the table. Nice, though. I do like the Escapes.

I appreciate the fatc that you can actually get around the bed to make it up.No one has a clue as to how to maneuver around one all scrunched up with a wall on both side. This unit is very very nice.

This is exactly what I’ve found is the right width, about 10′, better than either 8′ or 12′ in effective use of space. This though is not a good use of that space. For 1 person 16″ has everything most need. Add another 10′ for each added big person, 5′ for under 14.
First use the sofa for the double bed and save 20-25% of the cost, length. And put in the standard furniture of your choice, changing as needed.
I found you can have separate functions at 10′ wide on each side with 24′ of linear wall space at 16′ long outside the kitchen, bath , 7′ for sleeping, sitting, and the rest is your choice.
Next have it open with the kitchen, bath at 1 end and 2′ wide storage lofts on each long side solves a huge storage storage problem yet easily accessed in marked containers, etc.
The shed roof is superior as 1 plane is as simple, strong, easy to build as can be and can be slanted to take the sun best at your home spot. Though I do like using the solar as a porch roof/shade as another great option, even use as the roof of a Florida room as we called them added to trailer once they got to Florida, bought a house lot.
I’m sure they would build one like that for you. as just an interior change, mostly delete could save serious money with an open interior.
