This is a 240 sq. ft. little house on a trailer.
It’s built by Stephen Marshall of The Little House on a Trailer in Petaluma, California.
From the outside, you’ll notice it looks like a pretty little cottage. You can’t even really tell it’s on a trailer!
When you go inside, you’ll find a simple floor plan with a living area, bathroom, kitchen, and loft.

One of the facebook respondants had some concerns about a sink right next to an electric stove. Somehow, that does sound like it could be a problem, don’t you think?
I really like the way they separated the bathroom from the kitchen and of course the fireplace…excellent placement of everything…really like it
