Tiny House on Wheels for sale. THOW. 20x8x13 feet. Legal to tow on highways. 2 lofts. Sleeping loft – 6 foot clearance underneath. Fits queen mattress comfortably. Second loft for storage. Cedar throughout. Porcelain flushing toilet and matching sink imported from Denmark. (They do true flush small toilets and sinks.) Bathroom and shower sit under loft – so six foot clearance in bathroom. On demand hot water serves shower, bathroom sink and kitchen sink. 3 burner propane stove. Small frig and freezer. Pantry in kitchen. Plenty of shelving in kitchen. Drawer space in kitchen, cabinet space below stove and sink and kitchen shelving. Small closet in main room. 4 foot balcony off front door. Senville heating and cooling system. Plugs into 35 amp RV hook-up. Original clean title from craftsman who built the home. New tires in August 2016. Not driven on since. (Just moved to storage.) Cable, water, sewer hook-ups included. House hooks up as regular RV. I made custom PVC sewer hook-up but both PVC and regular RV hose are all included. Special consideration will be given to those displaced by hurricanes. I cannot tow behind my own car so you will have to make arrangements to tow. Approx 9k lbs. I lived in for three months. I was first and only owner. Happy to answer any other questions.

Really nice tiny house. Very pretty and cozy. Not a bad price either. Love the bathroom sink. Should sell quickly. Its a good sized house for that price.
