Now, we’ve seen tiny homes with living rooms in a half-loft situation, but this is the first time I’ve seen someone put a kitchen on top! There’s a little cave bedroom underneath the kitchen with lots of windows and built-in storage to keep it from being claustrophobic.
This newest Kenai model from Tiny Idahomes also includes an awesome full bathroom with a tub and a spot for a washer/dryer unit. There is also a bedroom loft and a spot for a couch across from the storage staircase. What do you think of the design?
It’s so awesome how many tiny homes are now featuring downstairs bedrooms that are much friendlier on the knees! Janet’s custom K2 from Tiny Idahomes is one of those awesome new builds. She chose a brilliant seafoam green color for all the walls in her tiny house, and it’s bright and refreshing.
Besides the lower bedroom, there’s a loft bedroom area with beautiful architectural windows and a fascinating roofline. The galley kitchen has everything plus a dishwasher, and the bathroom has its own laundry. What do you think?
Debra customized the Clear Creek by Tiny Idahomes to her exact desires, and the result in an awesome 26 foot THOW, that includes a super fun glass tile backsplash in the bathroom.
She chose to focus the most space in her living room so she could entertain. She has a loft bedroom accessible via storage stairs, and a loft for storage as well. Her compact bathroom has a toilet, shower stall, and a washer/dryer combo.
All in all she spent $54,365.00 on her build, while the base model costs $45,850. You can customize your own Tiny Idahomes Clear Creek here.
Electric bed lifts are such a cool way to include a “downstairs” bedroom into a tiny home without taking up floor space. This custom 22′ Clear Creek built for Veronicque by Tiny Idahomes shows how you can take a traditional tiny house layout and make it extraordinary by adding the electric bed.
In addition to that bed, you’ll find a galley-style kitchen with all the necessary appliances, and a bathroom with a one-piece shower and composting toilet. Finally, there’s a loft bedroom accessible via stairs.
Tiny Idahomes did it again creating Mimi’s Clear Creek Tiny House complete with a pop-out couch and a ground-floor guest room with room for a queen-sized bed.
The exterior has an awesome awning as well to provide shade for an outdoor living area. There’s a galley kitchen, loft bedroom (per Mimi’s wish) and a bathroom under the storage loft. What a cute and cozy home! Clear Creek models from Tiny Idahomes start at $45,850. More details here.
Now this is one GIANT tiny home on wheels! At 38′ long with three separate bump outs, this THOW sports three bedrooms and sleeps six.
The kids have bunk beds in a back room bump-out, and there’s a gooseneck bedroom in the front with a large closet, and another stair-accessible loft bedroom from above the kitchen. This home is perfect for a family with it’s spacious interior and full-sized refrigerator. Stick around for the video tour at the end! The basic Carpathian model starts at $74,495 and this model shown with upgrades sold for $90k. What do you think of it?
Inside you’ve got a full kitchen, dining slide-out, full bathroom, living area with bed lift (it stores into the ceiling), plus an additional loft. It’s a pretty nice design, isn’t it? What do you think?
