Hüttenpalast: Lockable Vintage Caravans in a Berlin Factory Hall, From EUR 70

Hüttenpalast parks lockable vintage caravans and wooden huts inside a former vacuum-cleaner factory in Neukölln, Berlin. It opened in 2010. As of September 2, 2026, caravans and huts print EUR 70,00 to EUR 100,00 plus 7,5 % city tax — a band that fluctuates with weekdays, holidays, and the Berlin event calendar, not a live quote for a given night. A voucher line on the same prices page prints 5 % city tax.

Hall 1 factory common: vintage caravan, wooden hut, retro lounge and plants in a former factory hall
Hüttenpalast / huettenpalast.de

It’s called Hüttenpalast. Grounds more than 600 sq. meters. Hall 1 is a 200-sq. meter production hall: three caravans, three wooden cabins, and two gender-separated communal bathrooms. Hall 2 holds five caravans. Six factory-loft hotel rooms with en-suite baths sit in the same building — this post is the caravans and huts.

Hall 1 units as printed: Alter Palast, Berghütte, Talhütte, Schwalbennest, Herzensbrecher, Kleine Schwester. Each is a private lockable unit with a small terrace. Morning tea and coffee are self-service. Courtyard garden outside.

Two vintage caravans parked indoors with a small table on a patch of green carpet
Hüttenpalast / huettenpalast.de

Two indoor caravans sharing the factory floor. Units lock. Hall 1 bathrooms are the two gender-separated communal rooms — that’s the hard thing if you want an en-suite. The factory lofts have those; the caravans and huts share the baths.

A white vintage caravan. The operator file names it Schneewittchen. Not a named Hall 1 unit.
