Here’s a listing of land for rent in a Farm Tiny House Community in Tennessee on Try It Tiny, a website that connects tiny homeowners with landowners willing to rent their land.

Be sure to sign up for an account if you need a place to park your tiny and browse for free! This quaint location includes two developed spots:

One site is creek side with a large open area with a fire pit and frog pond situated adjacent to the willow tree and spring house. It is currently occupied and has potable water hookup during three seasons and electric. They have a compost toilet. This site may be coming available in March. It currently rents for $200/month. The other is a full hook up site. Water, sewer & electric. It is more easily accessible with gravel drive, parking area and gravel site. It rents for $300/month plus utilities. It is available March 1st. There may be other possibilities for parking with no hook ups.
