From the owner:

It is very well constructed and has a value of approx $18,000. I would like to sell it for $7500. I have met with the builder about helping deconstruct it in four pieces but the buyer would need to hire a professional mover.

Hmmm.! It sure would be hard to find the same grow pattern in another tree to refit this tree house… And this is the first time I have ever heard of a tree house for resale…!
