  1. Thank you Alex for the article. Can you find out what the name of the wood stove is and maybe the company to purchase one? Thanks ever so much! God bless you and yours always. Happy trails!

      1. Living in it for short periods of time is like saying people live in hotels… I like to see where people actually live in their creations to prove them viable. Most of the tiny houses I have seen on this site seem to be either for sale, just built, or a rental for people to “try out” and that is why I get disappointed. I want to see where people actually have them for a permanent shelter.

  2. We have a MorsĆø squirrel stove at our small house in France. We use good quality stainless steel pans to cook on top of it when it is lit! Very efficient use of resources, we always think. I can only see an electric kettle there, so not sure how visitors would manage for meals.

    1. Love the idea of using them to cook, as well as heat. A friend of mine uses cast iron dutch oven on his wood stove and makes amazing stews using that technique.

  3. Are you serving thimbleberry wine in a thimble as part of the accommodations? (Ref: Legend, with Tom Cruise and Tim Curry.)

  4. What the consumer society is responsible, is to make believe that the happiness is proportional to the material things we have, or the high standard of living we do, strange because hapiness is unpredictable noboby knows where it is, but it’s like a ray of sunshine in a cloud covered sky, it has no stereotypes. For those seeking happiness and not vanity.?
