This is a 27-foot tiny house with dual lofts for $22,000 out of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. According to the listing, it was built in 2018 and offers 270-square-feet of space but due to a cross-country move, the tiny house is actually not completely finished yet. The shower needs tile work done and there are a number of other things that have not been finished yet like exterior and interior trim work.
It does seem like it could be a pretty good value for a tiny house that’s mostly already built, but you would want to be sure to give it a proper inspection to be sure. This house has quite a way to go before it is ready to be lived in, but hey! All the heavy lifting appears to be done. I would say $22 and a lot of fun doing the finish work would be GREAT!!. I didn’t hear that any appliances are “in” either.. so there would be a few bucks to get a kitchen and bathroom together.
