This is a one-of-a-kind flatbed truck tiny camper that’s for sale via the Tiny House Marketplace.
It’s described as a true land yacht and nicknamed The House of Seven Rivers. It was built in 2010, features about 112-sq.-ft. of space, and the asking price is $95,000 and that does not include the truck you see in the photos, which is a negotiable add-on. I know, I know. The sticker shock may already be driving you away, but I urge you to at least give it a gander. It’s a very nice build, and there’s a complete video tour of it, too, to enjoy below. It’s quite something! Never know, too, you may learn something.

Did you know there was a rush on narrowboats in the UK during the pandemic? Whether as a way to escape or to save money in the midst of financial crisis, people have been making the move to living on-the-water — including Suzi and Joe.
They used to pay high rent for an apartment in London, and commute three hours a day to their jobs. Now they both “work-from-boat,” spending far less on utilities and using their “Continuous Cruising” license, which keeps them moving every two weeks to some new beautiful spot.
While their first couple months on the water haven’t been easy, Suzi (@on_the_rhymer) says they’re loving their new home and eco-friendly lifestyle in their off-grid narrowboat. Read the rest of our Q&A with the couple after the photo tour!

A sleek update to their standard Rumspringa model, Liberation Tiny Homes created this budget-friendly “Modern Rumspringa” which offers clean lines hidden under the shed-style roof.
There’s both a front door and French doors in the back which could open up onto a deck, extending your living space outside. Two lofts offer plenty of sleeping and storage options, while the kitchen has an impressive amount of counter space! The build features the very-popular storage stairs we all need, and a bathroom complete with a subway tile shower stall and closet. The best part? For me, that baby wood stove! The base model costs $55,500, and you can ask further questions here. You can also check out a 3D tour of the build here.

Olivia and her husband, Rob, have been living in a narrowboat in England for 7 years now! That’s an impressive amount of time for anyone to live in one place — let alone a tiny spot.
Originally the boat was only meant to offer them shelter temporarily while they saved up for a “normal” house, but once they got into tiny living, they never looked back. Not only can they move their home whenever they’d like, the simplicity of a minimalist life really suits them.
One great thing about their home: No loft! Olivia (@oliviakatewainwright) says the only real pain is emptying their toilet. Read our Q&A with Olivia after the photo tour of her floating home!

After five years of saving and a couple months building out her 2005 Sprinter, she and her cat, Moose, hit the road. Moose is the coolest cat because he goes kayaking and hiking with Ellie! While she occasionally misses the conveniences of city life, she wouldn’t trade them for the freedom she has!
Plus, she lives in a stunning van complete with live-edge countertops and an L-shaped kitchen. Don’t miss Tiny Home Tour’s video interview with Ellie (and Moose) below.
