The Justine by Craft House: A Single-Level Tiny House with a Ground-Floor Bedroom (Video Tour)

We’ve climbed the lofts of the Tommy, the Erica, and the Adams — but the Justine by Craft House does something none of its siblings do: it puts the bedroom on the ground floor. At 8.4 meters long it’s the largest of the bunch, yet it’s a true single-level home with no lofts and no ladders — a walk-in bedroom with a real 160×200 cm bed, a living room with a full kitchenette, and a complete bathroom, all wrapped in warm Scandinavian spruce under a gable roof. Built in Poland on a road-ready SYMA trailer for 199,000 PLN (roughly €47,000 / $50,000), it’s the accessible, stair-free option in the lineup. Watch the video tour below, then explore the photos.

Craft House’s English-language walkthrough is the best way to feel the Justine’s single-level flow — from the central entrance to the kitchen and dining area on one end and the private bedroom on the other.

A Long, Low Gable on Wheels

Where the other Craft House models stack space vertically, the Justine stretches out. Its 8.4-meter body keeps a low 3.5-meter ridge, clad in honey thermo-pine with charcoal standing-seam metal on the gable ends and roof. A central glass entry door splits the floor plan neatly in two, and the whole home rides on a tandem-axle SYMA trailer so it stays genuinely mobile.

A Living Room and Full Kitchen Down One End

Step inside and the living end opens up under a vaulted spruce gable ceiling. A galley kitchen runs along one wall in warm wood cabinetry with a black countertop, and a round dining table with cross-back chairs sits beside a wall of glass — the social heart of the home. With roughly 10 square meters to work with here, it feels more like a small apartment than a typical tiny house.

The kitchen is fully equipped and cleverly packed: an induction hob, a built-in oven, an integrated refrigerator and dishwasher, and a sink, with upper cabinets and a tall pantry keeping everything tucked away.

Hidden Laundry and Utilities

Behind a sleek black door near the center of the home, a tidy utility closet hides a stacked washer and the water heater — the kind of full-home infrastructure that makes the Justine a place you could comfortably live in year-round, not just visit.

A Real Ground-Floor Bedroom — No Ladder Required

This is the Justine’s headline feature. Instead of a loft you crawl into, it has a proper walk-in bedroom at the opposite end of the home, with a full 160×200 cm bed you can make and get into like any normal bedroom. Lined entirely in pale spruce with a gable ceiling, a big picture window framing the trees, and warm decorative touches, it feels calm and cabin-like — and the stair-free layout makes the Justine far more accessible than a loft-based tiny house.

A Full Bathroom in Black Marble and Spruce

The bathroom keeps the warm-wood theme but adds drama with black-and-gold marble-look panels behind the wall-hung toilet and inside the glass walk-in shower. A wood-and-marble vanity, a backlit mirror, and a black towel radiator round out a space that feels far more boutique hotel than tiny house.

What Makes This Build Special

  • No ladder, no loft. A true ground-floor bedroom makes the Justine accessible for anyone who can’t (or doesn’t want to) climb to a loft each night.
  • Length over height. At 8.4 m it trades vertical sleeping space for a roomy, apartment-like single level.
  • Full-home systems. A real kitchen, a complete bathroom, in-unit laundry, A/C, and underfloor heating make it genuinely year-round livable.
  • Still fully mobile. Despite its size, it’s built on a road-ready trailer and can be configured to your own spec.
