This is the story of an INCREDIBLE 500-square-foot little house on a CLIFFTOP with WATER VIEWS in Chile! And it gets even better…
Because according to The Tiny Life, it was built in only 3 months and for only $15,000 USD. The home is designed just the way I would want my own home, with a covered patio separating two portions of the house.
In this case, one end of the house is the bed and bath, while the other side is the living space and kitchen. If you work from home and have a family, this kind of design would be absolutely PERFECT, don’t you think?

AMAZING Clifftop TINY HOUSE Built In Less Than 3 Months for only $15,000 USD…
This small home couldn’t be situated in a better spot. It must feel unbelievable to live there. I’m envious!
Don’t you just want to be that dog? Joking aside, isn’t this unbelievable? You can just sit there with your feet dangling…
I absolutely love the floor to ceiling windows that let you completely enjoy the magnificent view.
Just how I imagined… Feet dangling 🙂
Simple yet so elegant. Mostly because of where it’s situated. According to Ryan’s post, this house was built in Chile for just $15,000 in USD. I’m sure that figure doesn’t include the cost of land and permits though.
It doesn’t get much better than this. In the photo below you can get a shot of the wood-burning stove right by what I believe to be the kitchen.
Below is a photo of the bathroom which to me feels like a relaxing sauna. It’s SO ZEN!
Below is the bedroom on the other side of the house with the bamboo curtains rolled up for best views and lots of SUNLIGHT🌞
Finally, you can see what the house looks like from a bit of a distance. As you can see the deck area is not covered but that can easily be done if you wanted to.
Take a gander at the floor plan below:
So what do you think of the split level design like this? Is this something you would consider for your tiny or small house?
It could even work with two tiny houses on wheels and possibly and adjoining deck. Kind of like this and this.
Big thanks to Ryan over at the Tiny Life for finding and sharing this.
