Bluebird Penthouse Trailer-to-Cabin Conversion with a Land Rover Hot Tub in High Bickington (Rural Village in North Devon, England)
The Bluebird Penthouse caravan was our first project. It had been abandoned at the bottom of a field over thirty years ago and was found in a very sorry state. The interior had been removed and due to a fire inside it was in horrendous condition and destined for a skip. However, seeing it had some hidden beauty, despite its dilapidated state, the restoration began.1

You took the words out of my mouth
Stove-oven combination doesn’t cause a problem for the refrigerator below it?!
Heat rises… Besides, there isn’t going to be much cooking in an AirBNB as no one will be in it full time…
I love this! My three-season tiny home is a 28-ft, 30-year-old motorhome. I’m ready to build a 16×20 wood tiny home that I can live in year-round. I’ll be 70 on my next birthday and hope I live long enough to implement some of these great ideas. Especially such a hot tub! Right now it’s 11degrees farenheit…good day for a hot tub!
Wow, just wow! Just spectacular!
Amazing! This might just be my favorite. And, of course, the 1st floor bed! I could live here….
moo cows!!! Fresh milk? if there were chickens you could have eggs too! Soooo cute!
OK. I am beyond seriously impressed. Given that the caravan was gutted, that means all the vintage/repro furnishings and appliances were found and put in this great design. Wonderful ideas; great planning and follow-through.
Would love to stay for a week if ever in England!
Much respect and appreciation. Thank you.
