If you’re in the market for a beautiful single-level tiny house, this 26′ one designed by Liv-Connected, manufactured by ATOMIC Homes, and sold by Endeavor might be the perfect option! It’s a studio-style layout, but the bedroom is separated from the living space just slightly by the bathroom.
The home is sleek and modern, with a compact kitchen space with flat-front cabinets. The bathroom is almost a wet bath, but the shower pan should keep water contained. You can easily fit a queen bed and walk around it in the bedroom. All that for $98,000. What do you think?

Tiny homes don’t have to be expensive, and they don’t have to be temporary! That’s what this awesome family of four has shown — they’ve been living in their $25K DIY tiny home for the past 7 years, and their once-little kids are now preteens.
They plan to put one more year into the THOW before building a 650-square-foot “forever home” — still remarkably tiny by modern US standards! Michelle shares more about their story below the photo tour of their amazing space. Don’t miss it!

Do you remember the amazing backcountry prefab by Lloyll we showed you some time back? Well here’s another one of their incredible SKÁLI High Cuboid models, this one tucked into a lovely private wooded spot near Quebec City.
The 768-square-foot home definitely makes for a great vacation property (you can actually book a stay here), but the design could easily be a wonderful full-time dwelling! The split loft would be perfect for a couple of kids, and the cozy ground-floor bedroom would welcome parents. What do you think of this small home?

This “Fold-A-Mansion,” or “FAM” for short, is the amazing design of architect Larry Windes. He built the expanding, fold-out home on a trailer in Costa Rica, where it’s available for short-term rentals or for sale (without the land).
When unfolded, the small home boasts a ground-floor and upstairs bedroom. Because of the lifted roof, you can stand upright in the loft! There’s a functioning kitchen and luxurious bathroom as well. You can buy it for $130,000. What do you think of this innovative design?

Steel-built prefab homes are a new way to tackle the housing crisis, and ORCA has just released their Sandpiper model, a 418 sq. ft. tiny house that’s built using a pop-up factory — sometimes on-site! There’s no trailer, which allows for the 13-foot width that leaves the home feeling extra spacious.
ORCA also takes advantage of the brilliant Murphy bed, which allows the living room to easily double as the bedroom. That leaves lots of square footage for a full kitchen and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and washer/dryer. The home pictured below costs $166K (USD).

This is the Encore Transit, a stunning van that was a custom Boho Vans build completed for a client back in 2020. It’s built like a cabin inside! Unfortunately, her health complications are preventing her from enjoying the van, and she’s selling it. It’s a lovely 2019 Ford Transit with a fixed bed, a Dometic fridge, and a huge pull-out pantry.
The van only went on local trips, so it has just 37,512 miles on it. It’s for sale in Connecticut for $79K.

Seven years ago, Matt was given 3 years to live with a terminal brain cancer diagnosis. He and his wife Christi started to take a hard look at their lifestyle and made the decision to live nomadically with their 6 children. Due to Matt’s treatment and declining health at the time, it took more than four years after buying the bus to have it completed enough to move into it.
Now they’ve been on the road for 9 months — and Matt is still living despite the diagnosis — and they’re so happy about spending this quality time together. They don’t have plans to quit anytime soon! Watch their inspiring tour below.
