Lessons from Glamping Yurt Design

  • Small Yurts Heat Efficiently: A 12-foot diameter yurt warms up quickly, making it practical for year-round use even in cold climates
  • Handmade Construction Adds Character: Locally crafted structures have unique details that manufactured units lack
  • Secluded Settings Enhance Experience: Placing glamping structures in wooded, private areas increases their appeal for romantic getaways
  • Outdoor Amenities Extend Living Space: Fire pits and riverside locations add value without increasing the structure’s footprint
  • Yurts Offer Entry to Tiny Living: Rental stays let people experience compact living before committing to building or buying

Might we see the gypsy wagon pics? 🙂 as for the Yurt, it seems they actually made it themselves from the small type branches rather than buying something, I like that. Outhouse or a porta potty? Solar shower perhaps? Outdoor shower? Ty for sharing this with us. I felt someone should at least let you know we are indeed looking at it. For a yurt it’s nice though small. tc and GBU Happy Trails!
