This is a 24-foot Decathlon Tiny Home located on a peaceful private terrace in Lake County in Northern California, with access to Clear Lake. It can be easily moved to another spot or a rental agreement can be made to remain on the current site, according to the listing.

It’s a 254-square-foot tiny house on wheels with 192 square feet on the main level and 62 square feet in the sleeping loft. It’s RVIA certified and built to ANSI A119.5 Park Model Code. Decathlon Tiny Home in Northern California for $89,500

This Decathlon Tiny Home has a total space of 254 square feet, with 192 square feet on the main level and 62 square feet in the loft. It is 8’6” wide and 24’ long and can be towed by a 3/4 ton truck. It is RV certified by Pacific West Associates and built to ANSI A119.5 Park Model Code.

It’s built on a 24ft bumper pull trailer and features Onduvilla shingle roofing, a 2’8” outswing exterior door, butcher block countertops, and luxury vinyl flooring.

As mentioned earlier, the Decathlon Tiny Home can be easily moved to another location or a rental agreement can be signed to remain on the current site which seems really nice. Keep in mind that the rental agreement is a separate transaction from the sale of the tiny home and would need to be negotiated directly with the property owner.

There’s a laundry area in the bathroom of the tiny house with a stacking washer and dryer.

The vanity has a nice window, mirrors, floating shelves, and cabinet storage.

The Decathlon Tiny Home features a 12k HVAC mini split, stainless steel appliances including a microwave and refrigerator, a conventional flushing toilet, a 3’x3’ dual threshold shower, and a loft with stairs and built-in storage drawers. This home also has a 50 amp electrical system and a 30-gallon water heater.

This tiny house has a GE high-efficiency washer and vented dryer stackable units, T&G cedar exterior, a 2’x2’ skylight, 24” farm kitchen sink, retractable ceiling fan, 24″ full range, and fold-down butcher block dining table.

There’s storage built right into the staircase to the loft.

According to the listing, the tiny home includes window coverings, Starlink RV internet service, two shade sails, a Char-Broil 4 burner gas outdoor grill, and two Adirondack outdoor chairs and a side table. Other furnishings can be negotiated.

    This is a really pretty house and seems to have everything for cozy living. Lovely colors, and lots of space, even in the loft. Great bathroom!
