Nice house. I don’t need a dishwasher. Would like a apartment size stove. Would want only one closet in bedroom so I could have a dresser. No sky light in bedroom,no wall sconces . Bathroom I would remove the window where sink is. These are just my thoughts.

This is the first tiny I’ve seen that the washer/dryer is elevated and the space underneath used for something. I like the idea of a water tank being under there. Might as well use the space wisely.

Well yes. On… Tiny House Talk. Might not be “that model” but very similar.
Dishwashers very seldom break down in my experience. So you’d be very unlucky if that happened. I’ve got a dishwasher which is used day in and day out and never had an issue. 15 years old. That shows how reliable they are nowadays.

Firstly, I don’t like the house, it’s not tiny anymore/
Secondly, I don’t like washing dishes but a toploader eats a lot of valuable and limited counter space. It is not said how much water and power it consumes which is essential. There are small other front loader on the market which would be my choice.

I haven’t seen that kind of thing before.  It looks like you still have all your counter space; but it’s just that you’d have to clear things off of that part of the counter to put something in the dishwasher.  I do have the slight concern that it may not be an industry-standard fit, meaning that if it quits and you can’t get it repaired, there might not be another one available to buy that will fit in the same space.  A dishwasher was more important to us when our kids were still kids and lived with us, but less important now that it’s just my wife and me.  Things just don’t last like they used to.  Our first dishwasher lasted 45 years (made when we ourselves were kids), and still worked but my wife said it was ugly and wanted a new one.  We got a new Whirlpool one, and it took three times as long and didn’t use enough water or energy to get the dishes clean, and sometimes I’d have to run it again or just take them out and wash them by hand.  Then it only lasted ten years anyway.  I won’t buy again until they can prove they can make something that lasts.

As for the house, everyone’s desires will be different.  I see these videos as mostly showing what the maker can do, and they can usually customize to your choices.  I hope to live in a tinyhouse someday.

Yeah, nowadays everything isn’t build to last because the manufacturers want to sell a new one or make money on parts and repairs. Beside appliances, cars are a good example, too.
My car is 45 years old and running. the new ones you won’t see them on the road at that age.
My 13 year old ceiling fans are still running. I doubt that a new one is going to last that long.

We’re getting off topic, but I’ll bite anyway.  I’m driving a 1988 vehicle (which, the last time it was smogged, could have polluted three times as much and still passed), and I typically go years between repairs.  I read in 2023 that cars made that year are only expected to last five years.  Back to tinyhouses though, I do sometimes see things in the videos that make me wonder how long they’ll last, and if there’s repair service for them, or if at least they’re standard sizes so replacements don’t require rebuilding some part of the tinyhouse.  The tinyhouse field is not totally in its infancy anymore, but it is still far from maturity, and it’s nice to see the developments.  The internet makes good design ideas spread faster.
