  1. I like it, too. It is very basic, but for a single person, it covers all the basic needs. I take it the unfurnished room in the first pictures would have to be a combo living area/bedroom, since I didn’t see another space. I guess over time, you could put in an apartment-size refrigerator (my daughter had a mini-fridge in college-wouldn’t work for me) and a tankless water heater to get rid of that monster sitting next to the toilet. I’d stick a stackable washer/dryer or a combo in there where that tank is now. I agree with Karen and Suzanne, very livable for a single or a couple without kids!

    1. I agree. When I saw the water heater, my thought was, “What were they thinking?” I also somewhat agree with the first Facebook poster in that the interior is too simple. Maybe things would be different if pictures had been taken once someone took up residence in the structure. The pics in this post appear to be of a unit just/almost completed.

      1. I’m sure it’s empty because it would look wayyyyy smaller with any furniture in it. Imagine a bed..then what? A pull out sofa instead? Anything you put in there will take the full space. Yes, we all know this, but it sells better looking like there is some space. Seems the ideal set up for a bed that goes up to the celing when not needed, or murphy bed. And yeah, that hot water heater-has to go. LOL.
