  1. Very nice and simply done? This is exactly what I would do. I didn’t notice any insulation or covering on the walls, except for the ceiling. Is that correct?

  2. I love this build, as I love the Mercedes at well… This model bus is very hard to find here n the USA…

  3. You have so much to envy! I’m 60 years young and I’m just waiting to find my jewel to convert. I wish that I had followed my dream back in the 70’s, I’ve always wanted to do just as you have done but was always told “it’s time to be a grown up” well this woman is going to do everything I can to live the rest of my life being happy and roaming the land. Thank you so much for sharing your success in doing what you have.

    1. it´s never too late, Rebekah ! I was almost 65 when I started the project. Such busses are still available in Germany. Here is a link to a dealer who regulary has some in stock. This one with total mileage of 15.000 (21000km) .

  4. I too appreciated the clean lines. This doesn’t look cramped. Thanks for the info. on the insulation. Has to be very compact in something this small. What brand is the stove and model no.? Most don’t look that nice and practical as well. Thank you for replying, Penny

      1. Thank you. I looked at their website and they do have a dealer here in U.S. It can also be outfitted to use as a heater which is nice. I looked at the stove/oven-see what mean about not cheap. But does look safer for a small space. Looks to be two burner. Thanks again and enjoy your van!
