  1. I just love everything about this elm 20 Scarlett tiny home. Both the interior & exterior are done up really nice! Love the design and the features it has to offer. It looks like it offers a lot of space up in a he lofts. I like the fact that it offers three bedrooms, if you choose to use them as bedrooms. Very cozy kitchen/living area. This home is very charming! Love all the curtains and matching bedding. It was nice.y done up! Really enjoyed viewing it!! Thanks for sharing!! Carol???

  2. Love this! Has my downstairs bed, and plenty of room for guests! One of the lofts might give some people claustrophobia…..but kids probably wouldn’t mind, and some adults apparently don’t have a problem with it, either. I love this one, though if I had it, I’d want dormers for BOTH lofts — would make it roomier for guests. But that is just me. Love it, otherwise!

  3. Nice sightlines front-to-rear.

Finally, a usable tiny kitchen! And it looks like it has an exhaust fan… good idea!

  4. Thank you for sharing this with us. It’s a lovely home on wheels. I just adore the outside and the inside is simple and functional. Very nice! Happy trails! God bless your happy homes!

  5. Well if it were 8 feet longer it would be perfect for me. Window in bathroom should be in back of toilet. With 8 feet added to the length you could put in a rv stove next to drawer unit, instead of just cook top.

  6. Scarlett farm house is the best one I’ve seen so far would love the floor planes, I would just tweek one thing and that’s the second loft. besides that great work on the home I love it.

  7. What a cozy, great little home! This floor plan allows for small families to live there. I love how it looks like a little farmhouse cottage and even has a tiny porch to boot.

  8. Smart , well built, and acceptable in almost any community….! Now here is where you should spend your money, as you would have a better shot living in this house long term rather then some of those other overpriced fly by night contractor’s dwellings. You need something that will fly below radar, that no one minds living next door to, Well built, and economically a sound investment with a great chance of resale somewhere down the road if you are so inclined… But most of all you have the room you need to live, you are not going to be throwing money out the window with heating and cooling bills, and if you have to move the opportunity is still available for you to have it moved, or move it your self to your new location… I know everybody likes those whimsical little shacks that some guy built in his back yard, and has all these cute little niches, but you need to be able to stand on firm ground as you get older…!

  9. Now this is what I’m talking about. Not just another slope roof box. This has charm. And the photos are not all so wide angle that you can really get a feel for the proportions. Thank you. Thank you. And thank you. And even has a floor plan.
I’d probably still want to go bigger, for more storage, and since this appears to be 8 1/2 X 28 ft (by calculation from 233 sq.ft.) I guess I’d be looking at a park model, but that’s okay. I wouldn’t want to move it but once anyway, and then I’d put it on a permanent foundation. I have a nice narrow wooded lot and could see being perfectly happy in one of these.
