Robert, when I sold my first tiny house, the lady who bought it had to move it from High Point, NC to Raleigh, NC, so we called a hauling truck company who sent out a 250 toyota tundra (overkill I think) and hauled it, manuevered it up her drive, leveled it, and set it up in her backyard for around $457, I think. It’s been a while, but I remember thinking it was a good price. It only took about three hours total, so you might want to call a trucking company hauling type business, or you can check out a local utility shed hauling company because they have the heavy trucks that can pull very large sheds on trailers, and their prices might be cheaper, and if they only have to hook up a truck and not use a trailer, then they might really give you a good price. Just make sure whoever you use is bonded and insured.

It’s very nicely built! I love the wood pallet walls, and the kitchen cabinets are really pretty. Where ae the ladders to the lofts? This is a nice build and a good price. Good luck selling it!

Good point about the ladders…hopefully they are included but a good question to ask.
