It looks like a grill and stove for outside cooking and that may be a microwave on that counter outside the bathroom behind the door. I hope there is a fridge under it. Their Airbnb link doesn’t mention a microwave or fridge. I would contact them if you are thinking of booking the cabin. If they have both I would certainly let them know they should mention it on their Airbnb link.
