Andy had always been a fan of traveling and living tiny in a number of vehicles, so in 2018, he found a 4×4 ambulance that would make the perfect off-roading tiny house on wheels. He got to work converting it, keeping some original elements, and replacing anything that didn’t work for him.

The result? A cozy home with a convertible bed, awesome dinette, mini kitchen, and a lot of storage. He built out his own roof rack where he stores a massive 41-inch spare tire! What do you think of this rig?

This is the story of my stay in the Mount Dora Tiny House! It’s an Escape Vista Boho tiny house on wheels that’s beautifully stationed in Mount Dora, Florida, a beautiful little town near Orlando.

So in early March, I got to stay here! It was the first time in a while that I have gotten to spend the night in a tiny house on wheels, and the first time ever getting to stay in an ESCAPE. So I was super excited, and it went great. I actually did a video all about it that you can enjoy below. It’s been a while since I made a tiny house video like this, but I did spend a lot of time editing it, so I sure hope you enjoy it.

This is the story of a family of 8 and their bendy bus conversion!

It does 5 and a half miles per gallon but considering it weighs 26 tons, carries 30 days worth of water, and is completely ready for boon-docking, it’s really not bad. Especially when considering the completely unforgettable experience they’re creating together as a family. Their great-great-grandchildren will easily be talking about this. So what do you think? Too big or too cool?

This is the story of Kahla and Gary, and the tiny house they’re living in out of Durango, Colorado in a tiny house community.

They met while hiking the Pacific Crest Trail, decided to hike it together, and proceeded to move into Kahla’s tiny house together because she was already building it with the help of her parents. From time to time, they still live out of their backpacks.

Measuring just 20 feet long, the Mica cabin by Cabinscape has a surprising amount of comfort and convenience.

We went to film a full tour of Mica cabin this summer and the first thing we fell in love with was the double bed on the main floor.  How nice is it to have an option to sleep on the main level (next to the bathroom!) without having to climb up and down a ladder?  Unless you want a bit more privacy, or to have guests, in which case there is a second bed in the loft. The ladder is attached to the wall in a bunkbed style and there is an extra handle on the wall to make it easier to get up and down.
