This is an awesome Barn THOW with a Rooftop Deck built by Upper Valley Tiny Homes for a client.

Not only does the house feature space for a downstairs queen-sized bed surrounded by bay windows, it has two large lofts with 4 ft. of head clearance because of the barn-style roof. A simple ramp connects the loft to the rooftop deck where you can perch a couple chairs and enjoy some iced tea.

Check out the pictures and then take the video tour for all the details!

I love seeing longer tiny homes that pack in living space, but Upper Valley Tiny Homes showed us what you can do with just 18 ft. of length in this 8 x 18 Green Box THOW.

The home features two lofts, a great u-shaped kitchen that can accommodate a fridge and stove, and even a wee bit of room for a love seat. The bathroom has an incinerating toilet and shower stall, but my favorite feature in this tiny is the HUGE closet for storing both hanging clothing and tall items like brooms.

Check out the screenshots and then take the full video tour below!

Do you live in Florida? Are you looking for a tiny house that “can be placed in most typical neighborhoods” because it’s built to code? Then get excited for the Cornerstone Tiny Homes Code Compliant tiny house that’s coming soon!

They are currently building the first one right now, and will soon offer three different models, the Denali, Lincoln and Fairweather. These are all one-floor units, making them perfect for folks nearing retirement who aren’t interested in stairs or ladders.

Check out the renderings of the three models below, and then take a video tour of their first one (which is still unfinished inside, for now). Want details about what the homes will include and how they are code-compliant? Check out their specs page here and their FAQs here.

This is Kim’s “Dove” Elegant Tiny House built by Upper Valley Tiny Homes.

Kim is a fitness and minimalist YouTube personality who shares ways to improve her lifestyle on her channel. One of her videos gives us a great tour of her tiny house (and even tells you where she purchased everything, so you can get the same stuff if you love it!). This house is compact and luxurious. I love her kitchen (I’m a coffee-addict, what can I say?) and her decor is clean, modern and stylish.

Enjoy the screenshots and then watch her tour so you don’t miss anything.

This is the 30′ Abott Model with a downstairs bedroom from Cornerstone Tiny Homes in Florida.

I love how this house addresses some concerns that we hear from many tiny house enthusiasts: It includes a first floor bedroom with a Murphy bed/desk (no climbing!) and a huge closet space with room for hanging clothing and hiding brooms. There’s also a pull-out range above the induction cooktop and a second exit through the bathroom in case of fire or emergency. That and the color scheme is so soothing!

You can purchase this home as both a shell or finished build — get all the details here and be sure to watch the walkthrough on the last page to get a better feel for the space.

This is the FunTana Magenta Tiny House by Cornerstone Tiny Homes.

It’s a custom version of their standard 28′ Fontana model, and this gem has a perfect downstairs bedroom for those who can’t climb. The magenta accents — including the french doors, epic glass bowl sink and beautiful glass tiles in the bathroom — are what make this house a home! Although I will confess, I’m naturally quite partial to pink! You can purchase the Fontana model as both a shell or a finished build — details here!

Christoph Kaiser and Shauna Thibault are daring newlyweds who spent their first year of marriage building a 366-square foot grain silo tiny house.

So far they love the tiny life, complete with an outdoor shower, spiral staircase and large kitchen table for entertaining. I’m always up for a round tiny house, and this modern twist on an old storage building is no exception.

Watch their video tour with Zillow below and get more details from Christoph’s architecture firm here.
