This is the Philo 12 Tiny House on Wheels. It’s a retired tiny house design by Michael Janzen of Tiny House Design.

The Philo is a 12-foot long tiny house on wheels with a 10/12 gable roof. It has a bathroom sized to fit a 32″ square shower stall, composting or standard toilet, and small wall mounted sink. A small kitchen could be placed in the center of the house. A sleeping loft above the bathroom & kitchen space provide enough space for a queen sized mattress. Two skylights and a small window open to provide ventilation in the loft. Flip-up steps provide access to the front door when the house is parked.

This is the “All I Own House” designed by PKMN Architectures for Yolanda.

On the outside you can see this is a standard single-family home in Madrid, but when you walk inside you’ll find an amazing multi-functional space. By using storage shelves on casters, Yolanda can create a living room, bedroom and kitchen by sliding her walls across the floor. Where’s the bed? It’s tucked in one of the units and folds out Murphy-style.

Check out the pictures and then enjoy the video to see her home “in action.”

This is a Rustic Glamour tiny home on wheels built by Mint Tiny House Company.

It was a custom build designed to the new owner’s personal taste. The home features the very popular and stylish white-on-dark-wood color scheme that makes the space feel warm and rustic while also appearing open and glamorous. The kitchen has my favorite fridge, a retro Smeg, and the bathroom includes glass shower doors and clean, chic subway tiles.

Enjoy the pictures of this custom design below, and get ideas for your own tiny house! Want Mint to build you a home? Their contact information is on the last page.

We all hate quote pages. We want to know exactly how much the tiny house of our dreams is going to cost, up front.

Well TruForm Tiny Homes has this awesome program that allows you to pick all your upgrades and get a customized quote for the exact house you want (including which toilet you desire!).

The best part? You know exactly where your money is going. That tiled shower you always wanted? It’s going to cost you! This lets you decide what’s really important to you, and what you’d rather save money on.

See one version of the house below, and go here to design your own!
