Tiffany fell in love with tiny homes when she was in high school, and when she was 18, she decided to start building her very own while taking online college classes. It took her about 3 years to complete it because she was also working on two other house flips while building her THOW. That said, she finished the project and moved in with her now husband.
Her house has a loft bedroom and two large pull-out closets, one for clothes and one for her 36 pairs of high heels. Tiffany is living proof that you can keep your favorite things and still go tiny! Kaiser Tiny Homes is run by Benedict Kaiser, who built his own tiny house at the age of 19 after graduating from Washburn Institute of Technology with a degree in HVAC. Since then, he’s been building and selling tiny homes for others! His latest model, St. Augustine, is 20-feet. long, and offers a first-floor daybed nook.
The home has a galley kitchen with a two-burner cooktop and a refrigerator, and a back bathroom with a washer/dryer unit, residential toilet, and a shower stall. It’s for sale now in Kansas for $43,000. What do you like most about this home?

Harrie and Joe live outside London in an incredible tiny house on wheels they built with the help of Harrie’s dad, Mick, who had just retired from carpentry a day before they presented the idea of building a tiny home on wheels! They started in September 2019 and pushed to complete the build during that initial 12-week lockdown of 2020.
Joe is an actor who travels with a show, while Harrie is a voice actor for audiobooks. While most people in their line of work need multiple jobs to stay afloat, their tiny house allows them to do the work they love and keep costs down. And just wait until you see the inside! We just discovered Tiny Home ATX – a tiny home builder in Austin, Texas — and this is the latest tiny home they completed. The Contemporary X is for sale now for $69K. This awesome tiny home on wheels has two loft bedrooms connected by a catwalk you can easily walk over to get to the rooms (which are designed to sit in). Each bedroom can fit a queen-sized bed.
The kitchen is a U-shaped space on one end of the tiny, and the bathroom is all the way on the other side of the home. The bathroom has a huge walk-in tiled shower and a residential toilet. The living area and office fit into the middle of the home beneath the catwalk. What do you think of this design?

People were tired of climbing into lofts to go to sleep, and the builders are now really listening to the consumer. I don’t know that I’ve seen a home of this size for such a great price in a long time! Built for a family of 7, this tiny house has THREE different loft bedrooms to give everyone a cozy spot to sleep. It is extra tall, at 14 ft. 6 in., which means it requires a special permit to transport, but it also has more headroom in those lofts.
The first floor has a cozy living room with a built-in couch that makes a perfect reading nook, and a custom table and chairs adjacent to the kitchen.
