Here’s a tiny house on wheels that feels just like tinies “of old.” Appropriately named “The Classic,” this 20 ft. tiny home has the standard layout of many original tiny homes, but this one does upgrade with a storage staircase featuring a unique alternating step.

The loft bedroom is carpeted to make it extra comfortable, and there’s a nice bathroom next to the L-shaped kitchen. On the other end of the tiny house, there’s just enough room for a small couch. A flip-down bar sits in front of two large windows for a great eating spot. It’s for sale now for $56,000 and will be available to tour at the Gather & Create Tiny Home Festival on May 6 & 7 (more info here).

Here’s a great 20′ tiny home that puts a unique twist on a loft. It features a half loft — on the bottom half is the bedroom, and on the top is the living room with plenty of standing room. This means no climbing downstairs in the middle of the night to the bathroom (which has a shower stall and a toilet).

The middle of the THOW has a galley kitchen complete with a two-burner cooktop, convection oven, and a large sink. For eating, there’s a bar area that flips up to provide more space. Take a look below.

It’s always amazing how much more spacious the 10-foot-wide tiny homes feel compared to the 8-foot-wide ones, and this “Big Bertha” from Indigo River Tiny Homes is no exception. You especially feel it in the U-shaped kitchen on the far end of the tiny home.

The primary bedroom is a loft with standing room around the bed, and the second loft is split to allow two kids to have their own space. Finally, a couch doubles as a hide-a-bed for any guests. Do you like this layout?

The latest custom build from Indigo River Tiny Homes defies the odds with an incredible King-Sized loft that you can stand up in! I really think stand-up lofts are the best of both worlds. Not only can you comfortably get dressed in your room, you double your floor space by being able to tuck a bathroom beneath it.

But the loft might come second to the giant U-shaped kitchen that has full-sized appliances, including a drawer dishwasher. The whole thing has a sleek white-and-black modern feel, with a pop of maroon for interest.

This is the gorgeous Ramblin’ Rose designed and built by Indigo River Tiny Homes. The 24-foot THOW includes a rustic accent wall, a loft with standing room, and a full bathroom.

The kitchen has all the major appliances, including a stove/oven, and there are lots of windows (all with shades) to let in beautiful light. A closet in the bedroom and storage stairs give you a place to hide your things. What do you think?

Today, we’re excited to show off the Indigo Go! model from Indigo River Tiny Homes. It’s their newest model that features a single-floor living arrangement (no loft!), a simple roofline, and it’s available in both 8.5 and 10 feet wide. In fact, you can go to their site and fill out their estimate based on your preferences to determine what this unit would cost you.

It really looks like the perfect set-up for one person (maybe two) who don’t want the struggle of climbing into a loft. Even with everything on one level, there’s plenty of space to include a functional kitchen and full bathroom. What do you think of this layout?

Going tiny doesn’t mean giving up your pets, and this tiny house design shows that perfectly. Indigo River Tiny Homes customized their Homesteader Deluxe model to create “Avery,” a two-loft THOW with a secret dog kennel and doggie door.

Besides the pup-friendly features, it also has a stand-up loft with double wardrobes, a secondary loft for storage or office space and a beautiful L-shaped kitchen with open shelving.
