Patty & Shane spent a large portion of their military days stationed overseas. Eventually, they purchased a huge 3,500 square foot home where they were living happily until they got a taste of RV life! Now that Shane is retired, they have downsized into just 400 square feet and are enjoying traveling across the country.

Their RV is a behemoth for a tiny space! This amazing rig features a huge pantry, five slide-outs, and enough storage for kayaks, Christmas decor, and all kinds of other goods. They’ve overhauled the factory interior to make it truly “theirs.” Enjoy!

This is the story of Jed and Sandy’s full-time van life. The couple initially sold their home in North Carolina, quit their jobs, and downsized into a 30-foot travel trailer. After traveling in the trailer, they decided to downsize further into a van to access more remote locations during their travels.

Their DIY extended Sprinter conversion features a functional layout with plenty of built-in storage, a kitchen, cabinets, and a bathroom with recirculating shower and composting toilet. Today, they continue traveling as full-time nomads.

DIY Extended Sprinter Van Conversion

The extended Sprinter provides more length than a standard van while maintaining maneuverability. This balance of space and mobility suits their goal of reaching places a larger travel trailer couldn’t go.

Escape’s tiny homes just got more sustainable — and less expensive! It’s been hard to watch everything we buy get more expensive, but by creating ready-made versions of their most popular models, Escape is able to actually offer these models for a more affordable price!

The “eVista,” an all-electric version of their popular Vista model starts at $43,600, and they have one available for purchase with some awesome upgrades for $52.6K right now. That’s a full $7k less than the base model Vista — and your ‘eVista’ is already built and ready for you to purchase today. As always, they have financing options.

You might remember the tiny home by Tiny Heirloom built for a Bear River Casino resort giveaway that included this amazing 3-in-1 dishwasher-sink-purifier combo built by Fotile Global.  Well here’s a post all about it! You can even get these at any big box store (for example, here it is at Lowe’s).

While not cheap (it’s a $1500 investment!), it seems like a great space-saving option, especially for a tiny house kitchen. You can easily place a cutting board over the flat top of the dishwasher to gain counter space while it’s doing its job, and the sink is accessible at all times. Besides doing a great job at washing dishes, it also has a number of settings to allow you to purify fruits, veggies, and seafood.

Thanks, James D. for sharing this!
